Antar Yog Nirjanvas – Terms and Conditions
At Antar Yog Nirjanvas, we endeavour to offer meaningful and transformative spiritual travel experiences. However, it is important that all participants clearly understand, acknowledge, and accept the following terms, conditions, disclaimers, and limitations.
1. Booking
Upon confirmation of booking, your contractual relationship is with Antar Yog Nirjanvas. A binding contract comes into existence once we confirm your tour or travel services and receive the applicable deposit amount from you.
2. Payment
For all contracted services, a minimum deposit of 25% of the total tour cost must be paid to M/s Antar Yog Nirjanvas. This deposit is mandatory to hold the booking on a confirmed basis.
3. Balance Payment
The balance payment must be paid no later than 15 days prior to the commencement of services.
Any booking made within 15 working days of the start date shall be treated as a late booking, and full and final payment must be made at the time of booking.
Note:
For special train journeys, and for hotel or resort bookings during peak seasons (including
Christmas,
New Year, Diwali, etc.), full payment is required at the time of booking,
irrespective of the booking date.
4. Mode of Payment
- Cash
- Bank Transfer
- GPay
All payments must be made free and clear of any deductions, including withholding taxes. Any bank or remittance charges levied by the remitting bank or intermediary bank shall be strictly borne by the payer.
5. Cancellation, No-Show, and Early Departure Policy
In the event of cancellation due to any avoidable or unavoidable reason, written intimation is mandatory.
- 60 days or more prior to arrival: 10% of the total tour/service cost
- 59 to 30 days prior to arrival: 40% of the total tour/service cost
- 29 to 15 days prior to arrival: 50% of the total tour/service cost
- 14 to 10 days prior to arrival: 70% of the total tour/service cost
- 10 days or less prior to arrival / No-show: No refund
Please Note:
- Irrespective of the above slabs, a minimum service charge of 10% shall apply once a booking is made.
- If a participant cancels after the commencement of the trip, any refund shall be limited and dependent solely on recoveries from service providers.
- No refund shall be provided for unused hotel accommodation, chartered transport, missed meals, or other unutilised services.
- Separate cancellation policies apply for special train journeys or air travel, which shall be communicated where applicable.
6. Peak Period & Festival Bookings
No refunds shall be made for cancellations, for any reason whatsoever, relating to:
- High peak season bookings
- Festival period bookings (including Diwali, Dussehra, Holi, etc.)
- Long weekend bookings
7. Refunds
Refunds for unused or unutilised services (paid in advance) shall be processed strictly in accordance with the cancellation policy stated above.
Refunds will be made only to the original payer and may take 2 to 4 weeks due to banking procedures. Any bank charges applicable shall be deducted from the refund amount.
8. Arrival and Departure Policy
Early check-in is subject to availability and must be guaranteed by booking accommodation from
the previous night.
Late check-out requests are subject to availability and may attract additional charges.
9. Personal Responsibility
Participation in any Antar Yog Nirjanvas spiritual journey is entirely voluntary. Each participant is solely responsible for their own physical, mental, and emotional well-being throughout the journey.
Participants are expected to listen to their bodies, exercise personal judgement, and promptly communicate any limitations or concerns to the organising team.
10. Spiritual Guidance
Journeys may include spiritual practices and teachings offered by Acharya Upendraji
Joshi.
Spiritual experiences and outcomes vary from individual to individual, and no specific result is
guaranteed.
Participants are encouraged to maintain openness while exercising personal discernment.
11. Health and Safety
Participants are advised to consult a qualified medical professional prior to travel to ensure they are fit to undertake the journey.
All pre-existing medical conditions, allergies, and dietary requirements must be disclosed in advance. Failure to do so may compromise participant safety, for which Antar Yog Nirjanvas shall not be held responsible.
12. Special Dietary Requirements & Requests
All special dietary requirements and other requests must be communicated in writing at the time of booking.
While we will make reasonable efforts to convey such requests to service providers, fulfilment is not guaranteed. Failure by a service provider to honour a special request shall not constitute a breach of contract by Antar Yog Nirjanvas..
Participants confirm that neither they nor anyone travelling with them has any condition that may pose a risk to themselves or others. We reserve the right to request medical certification and to refuse or remove any participant whose condition may endanger the group, at the participant's own expense.
13. Meals
All meals are pre-set as per the tour itinerary.
Special meals or customised diets cannot be guaranteed.
Antar Yog Nirjanvas reserves the right to modify menus if circumstances require.
No refunds or claims shall be entertained for meals not availed for reasons attributable to the
participant.
Requests for special meals or room allocations are not guaranteed and shall not form the basis of any claim.
14. Cultural Sensitivity
Participants are expected to respect local customs, traditions, and spiritual practices at all
destinations.
Cultural sensitivity, humility, and adaptability are essential throughout the journey.
15. Travel Arrangements
While every effort is made to ensure smooth travel arrangements, unforeseen circumstances such
as weather, local disruptions, or logistical challenges may arise.
We reserve the right to amend itineraries in the interest of participant safety and welfare.
16. Travel Insurance
Comprehensive travel insurance covering medical emergencies, cancellations, and loss of
belongings is strongly recommended.
Arranging suitable insurance is the sole responsibility of the participant.
17. Travel Risks
Travel involves inherent risks. Participants must comply with local laws, safety advisories, and regulations at all times.
18. Alcohol and Drug Policy
Antar Yog Nirjanvas maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy regarding alcohol, illegal
drugs, or drug paraphernalia.
Violation shall result in immediate expulsion from the trip without any entitlement to a
refund.
19. Liabilities and Limitations
- Any increase in government taxes, fuel costs, entrance fees, or guide charges after finalisation shall be payable by the participant.
- All itineraries are indicative and subject to change based on safety, weather, or operational considerations.
- Antar Yog Nirjanvas acts solely as an agent for hotels, airlines, transporters, and service providers. Contracts exist directly between participants and such providers.
- We shall not be liable for delays, losses, injuries, damages, or expenses arising from events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, political unrest, medical emergencies, or force majeure events.
- Antar Yog Nirjanvas does not provide insurance coverage for accidents, illness, theft, or loss of property.
- We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual at our sole discretion.
- In the event of cancellations or itinerary changes due to weather, road blockages, riots, or similar events, no refund shall be provided.
- Participants travelling alone are solely responsible for their personal safety and conduct.
- Antar Yog Nirjanvas is not responsible for food-related illnesses arising from consumption during the journey.
20. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
All disputes arising under these Terms and Conditions shall be referred to arbitration by an arbitrator appointed by Antar Yog Nirjanvas. Jurisdiction shall be exclusively vested in the courts of Mumbai, India, and Indian law shall govern these Terms and Conditions.
